Terms of Use


By accessing and using the tools at https://antlii.work/, you agree to the following Terms of Use and License Agreement. All tools are offered under license and remain the intellectual property of Anatolii Babii. Use of any tool without a valid license key is limited to evaluation and testing purposes only. Anatolii Babii, the author and sole owner of these tools, reserves the right to modify and update these terms without prior notice.

Please carefully read the following License Agreement. By using any tool on this website, you agree to be legally bound by these terms.




General Terms



(Applies to All License Types)


  • Royalty-Free: Once you purchase a license, you may use the generated or transformed content following the terms without additional per-use fees.

  • Modifications and Derivative Works: You may modify and adapt the graphics or other content produced by the tool, but the use remains subject to the terms of your chosen license.

  • Non-Transferable: Licenses are granted to a single user and may not be transferred, resold, or sublicensed to another individual or entity.

  • No Redistribution or Resale: Redistribution or resale of the tool or any output “as-is” (e.g., as stock assets, templates, or standalone products) is strictly prohibited.

  • No Embedding in Third-Party Products: The tools may not be incorporated as components of third-party applications, plugins, or offered as a service (SaaS).

  • Tools updates: You'll have access to all future updates of the tools at no additional cost or fees.




License Keys


  • Evaluation Only: Without a valid license key, the tools on this website can only be used for evaluation and testing purposes.

  • Purchase Link: License keys can be purchased at: https://antlii.gumroad.com/.

  • User & Device Limits: Each license key is a one-time purchase and grants a single user the right to use the tool on up to 3 devices/browsers.

  • Perpetual License: Each purchased license key is perpetual and does not have an expiration date.




License Types



Personal License


CAN be used for:
  • Personal projects and end products not intended for sale.
  • Use on one personal (non-business) social media account.

Restrictions:
  • Any commercial purposes (including promotion of businesses/for-profit ventures).
  • Use on business social media accounts.
  • Physical or digital paid advertisements.
  • Client work (freelance, agency, or commissioned projects).
  • Native apps, web apps, or games.
  • NFTs.
  • Broadcast, TV, or streaming content.

Examples:
  • Creating desktop wallpapers or personal phone backgrounds.
  • Designing artwork for a personal blog, portfolio, or hobby project.
  • Posting images on a personal (non-business) social media account.
  • Making printed posters or zines for private use or as gifts (not for sale).




Commercial License


CAN be used for:
  • Up to 1,000 physical or digital end products for sale or distribution.
  • Use on one business social media account owned and managed by the licensee.
  • Unlimited works per one client (freelance, agency, or commissioned projects).
  • Unlimited physical advertisements for local markets.
  • Digital paid advertisements with unlimited impressions.
  • Use in native apps, web apps, or games (up to 1,000 downloads/sales).

Restrictions:
  • Total end product sales/downloads must not exceed 1,000; an Extended License is required for higher volumes.
  • This license does not permit NFTs, Broadcast, TV, or streaming content.
  • Redistribution or resale of the tool’s output “as-is” (e.g., as stock assets or templates) is prohibited.

Examples:
  • Printing up to 1,000 t-shirts, stickers, or posters using the generated graphics.
  • Applying the generated graphics in commissioned work for clients, such as branding or product design.
  • Creating visuals for social media campaigns, business websites, or small ads.
  • Incorporating generated art into a simple mobile app with fewer than 1,000 downloads.
  • Designing packaging or branding for a local business or product with fewer than 1,000 sales.




Extended Commercial License


CAN be used for:
  • Up to 250,000 physical or digital end products for sale or distribution.
  • Unlimited business social media accounts owned and managed by the licensee.
  • Unlimited clients work (freelance, agency, or commissioned projects).
  • Unlimited physical advertisements (local, national, global).
  • Digital paid advertisements with unlimited impressions.
  • Use in one native app, web app, or game (up to 250,000 downloads/sales).
  • NFTs: Graphics may be used as part of an NFT project (provided the generated graphic is not the primary asset).
  • Broadcast, TV, or streaming content: Integration in films, television, or streaming platforms.

Restrictions:
  • Redistribution or resale of the tool or its generated output “as-is” is prohibited.

Examples:
  • Selling up to 250,000 printed products like apparel, posters, or accessories.
  • Using generated graphics in branding for large-scale or global product lines.
  • Incorporating assets into video content for streaming platforms, broadcast, or advertising.
  • Creating digital products, games or apps with up to 250,000 sales/downloads.
  • Minting and selling NFTs based on the generated visuals (within the usage limit).




User-Supplied Content & External Resources


  • User-Supplied Content: Some tools on this website transform user-provided content (e.g., photographs, videos) to create new works. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have all necessary rights and permissions to use, modify, and distribute any content you supply to the tool.

  • External Resources: Certain tools integrate external resources such as images from Unsplash, fonts from Google Fonts, or other third-party content. You must comply with the licenses, terms, and conditions of these external services. This Creative Tools License does not override or modify those terms in any way.




Ownership & Intellectual Property


  • All tools and content available at https://antlii.work/ remain the intellectual property of Anatolii Babii.

  • Purchasing a license does not transfer ownership of the tool, its underlying code, or any external assets.

  • Third-party libraries and resources used in the tools remain the property of their respective owners.




Termination


This License Agreement remains in full effect unless terminated. In the event that the Licensee fails to comply with these terms, Anatolii Babii reserves the right to terminate the license immediately.




Privacy Policy


The tools do not store any user images or personal data online.




Price Changes


Anatolii Babii reserves the right to modify license prices at any time. Price changes will be updated on the Anatolii Babii‘s account at Gumroad platform. Please note that if a price change occurs, you will not be eligible for a refund of the price difference based on your initial purchase.




Money Back Guarantee


If, for any reason, a tool fails to meet your needs, you may request a refund by emailing us within 30 days of your purchase. Refunds will be issued for the full amount, excluding any fees charged by the payment processor.




Limited Warranty & Disclaimer of Warranty


The tools are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Anatolii Babii’s sole responsibility under this limited warranty is to refund the fee paid for the license, at his discretion. All express or implied warranties, including those of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, are disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted by law.




Limitation of Liability


To the extent permitted by law, Anatolii Babii will not be liable for any lost revenue, profit, data, or any special, indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use any tool available on this website.
