General Terms

By using any web tools (“the Tools”) on the https://antlii.work website, you agree to the following Terms of Use and License Agreement. All tools and materials on the site are the intellectual property of Anatolii Babii (“Antlii”) and are provided under license. The author reserves the right to modify and amend the terms of this agreement without prior notice. Without a valid license key, the tools can be used only in evaluation mode for experimenting and testing.

License Types

You can use Antlii tools under one of these three licenses:

Personal License

A Personal License grants rights for strictly personal, hobby, or educational use of the Tools. It is intended for individual creators using the Tools for their own projects, learning, or enjoyment. No commercial use is allowed under a Personal License. In summary:

For personal, hobby, or educational use.
You can use the tool to create content for yourself and share it online (credit is appreciated).
You may not use the tool or its output to make money - no selling, no client work, no business use.

Commercial License

A Commercial License permits use of the Tools and their outputs in commercial projects and for-profit endeavors. This license is suitable for freelancers, creators, or businesses who intend to monetize the outputs or use them in business contexts. Under a Commercial License, you may create content that is sold, used for client projects, included in marketing materials, or otherwise generates revenue. For example, you may use generated visuals in a company’s website or social media, create design assets for sale (such as prints, apparel, or digital products), or incorporate outputs in videos, advertisements, or games that you or your client will monetize. In summary:

For freelancers, professionals, and businesses who want to use the tools to make money.
You can use the tools in paid projects, create content for clients, sell products that include the output, etc.

Team License

For studios, creative agencies, or teams that require multiple users to access the Tools under one shared license. Covers up to ten (10) active users or devices within the same organization. All usage rights are identical to the Commercial License — including unlimited projects and commercial work, except for the number of authorized users.

Each team member must be part of the same company or collaborative team.
External partners or clients are not covered by this license and must hold their own Commercial or Team License if they need direct tool access.

Prohibited Uses and Restrictions

Regardless of the license type, certain uses of the Tools or their outputs are NOT allowed without a separate custom agreement with the author. These restrictions ensure the Tools are not misused or repackaged in ways that could undermine the author’s interests. Unless you obtain explicit written permission from Anatolii Babii, the following are prohibited:

No Software Integrations: You may not incorporate the Tool or its components into a product or service in a way that allows others to use or experience the Tool’s functionality under another name or brand. In other words, you cannot repackage or present the Antlii Tools (or their components) as if they were created by anyone other than Antlii, nor integrate them into your own software or platform for use by third parties. The Tool itself and its generative features cannot be embedded in or accessed through other applications without permission.
No Use in NFT Projects: You may not use the Tool’s outputs in connection with non-fungible tokens (NFTs) or any blockchain-based products or services. It is prohibited to mine generated images or media as NFTs, or to include them in cryptocurrency or blockchain projects without author permission.
No Resale of Unmodified Outputs: You are prohibited from reselling or redistributing the Tool’s outputs as standalone products unless they have been significantly transformed or incorporated into a larger original work. This means you cannot simply take content generated by the Tool and sell it as-is (for example, as stock content, clipart packs, or prints) without substantial creative modification. The intent is that the Tool’s output should be a part of your creative project, not an end product itself that competes with the Tool or the author’s own offerings.
No Upload to Stock or Free Content Libraries: You may not upload or contribute outputs created with the Tools to stock image websites or free asset repositories. The outputs should not be made available in a way that others can download or use them as resources, whether for free or for compensation, outside of your own project usage. This preserves the uniqueness of content created with the Tools and prevents unrestricted redistribution.
Large-Scale or Unusual Commercial Use: If you plan to use the Tools or outputs in a very large-scale project, mass production, or any use case not clearly covered by the Commercial License, you must contact the author for a custom license agreement. This includes scenarios like extremely high-volume manufacturing of goods featuring the output, integration of outputs into a major commercial product line, use by a large team or enterprise, or any case where the scope of use may exceed a typical small business scale.

The author (Anatolii Babii) will discuss custom licensing terms for such cases individually. If you are unsure whether your intended use is allowed, please reach out for clarification.

Subscription Option

As an alternative to purchasing individual licenses, the author offers a subscription plan that grants access to all current and future Antlii Tools.
An active subscription provides the same rights as a Commercial License across all Tools for the duration of the subscription period. Subscribers can choose between Commercial Access (single user) and Team Access (multi-user) plans.

Commercial Access (Single User)

Grants one user (up to three devices) full commercial rights across the entire Antlii suite.
The subscription renews annually, providing continuous access to all tools and updates released during the active period.

Team Access (Multi-User)

Grants up to ten (10) users or devices within one organization full commercial access to all Antlii Tools, current and future, under a single shared license key.
Includes all rights provided by the Commercial Access plan, extended to multiple users within the same organization.
External clients or collaborators must hold their own subscription if they need direct access to the Tools.

Subscription Details

Subscriptions are hosted on Gumroad under Antlii Tools Access and renew automatically each year unless canceled before the next billing cycle. Upon cancellation, access remains valid until the end of the paid term, after which all Tools revert to evaluation mode. No refunds are issued for unused time, unless required by law or as per Gumroad’s refund policy.

Commercial Usage and Retained Rights

During an active subscription, subscribers may use any Antlii Tool for commercial or client work, subject to the same Prohibited Uses and Restrictions outlined in this agreement. All outputs created during a valid subscription period remain licensed under the terms in effect at the time of creation, even after the subscription ends.

Unlicensed Free Version (Evaluation Use Only)

You may use any Antlii tool for free for evaluation and testing purposes only. The free (unlicensed) version of each tool is fully functional but comes with certain limitations (for example, exported images/videos may contain a watermark, or certain export formats or features may be restricted). These limitations allow you to try out the tool’s capabilities before committing to a purchase.

When using the Tools without a valid license key, the following restrictions apply:

No Commercial Use: You cannot use the Tool or its outputs for any commercial purpose. This means you may not use unlicensed outputs in any project that is intended to generate revenue, for any business or client work, or in any for-profit context.
Personal Evaluation Only: The unlicensed output is for your personal experimentation, practice, or evaluation. It may not be incorporated into any product or content that is distributed to the public (either for free or paid) without proper authorization (see next point).
No Public Publishing Without Credit: Publishing or sharing outputs from the unlicensed version in public spaces is generally not allowed except under specific conditions. You must obtain the author’s permission or provide proper credit when you post or publish any work created with an unlicensed Tool. Proper credit includes a clear mention of the author and a link to the official Antlii website or social media. For example, if sharing on Instagram, you should tag or credit the author (e.g., mention @antl.ii on Instagram or link to antlii.work in the description). This attribution is mandatory for any public use of the free version outputs.
No Removal of Watermarks or Restrictions: You are not allowed to remove, obscure, or alter the watermark or any built-in limitation in the free version. Any attempt to circumvent the protective limitations (such as using the tool to produce unwatermarked outputs without a license) is a violation of this agreement.

In summary, the unlicensed version is intended solely for non-commercial, private evaluation. To use the Tools in any serious project, publication, or commercial venture, you must obtain a proper license as described below.

Team and Multi-User Use

All Antlii Tools licenses and subscriptions are issued on a per-user or per-organization basis, depending on the license type.

Under Personal and Commercial licenses (and the Commercial Access subscription plan), only the purchasing individual — or, in the case of a business purchase, the designated user — is authorized to use the licensed Tool.

License keys and subscription credentials are non-transferable and may not be shared, resold, or gifted to any third party. You may not post your license key publicly, embed the Tool for others to access, or share it outside the scope of your licensed users. Any such action constitutes a breach of this agreement and may result in immediate termination of the license or subscription.

For collaborative environments, Team Licenses and Team Access subscriptions extend these rights to cover multiple authorized users within the same organization (up to ten [10] users or devices, unless otherwise specified). Each team member under this license may independently use the Tools for commercial work, provided they are part of the same company or studio. External contractors, clients, or partner agencies are not included under a Team License and must hold their own valid Commercial or Team license if they require direct tool access.

For organizations requiring more than ten users, enterprise-level arrangements, or non-standard multi-seat setups, please contact the author to arrange a custom agreement.

User Content & Third-Party Resources

Some tools let you upload your own content (like images, text, or video). You are fully responsible for making sure you have the rights to use that content and that it follows the law.

The tools may also use external resources or services (like images from Unsplash, fonts from Google Fonts, or other APIs and libraries). You must follow the licenses and rules for those third-party resources. This license does not replace or override the terms set by the owners of those resources.

Privacy Policy

The tools do not store any user images or personal data online.

Intellectual Property Ownership

The underlying software, source code, algorithms, and design of the Antlii Tools are the exclusive intellectual property of Anatolii Babii. Purchasing a license or subscription does not transfer ownership of the software to you; it grants you specific usage rights as outlined in this agreement. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from the Tool’s code. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by the author. The author retains all copyrights and intellectual property rights to the Tools themselves.

Ownership of Outputs

You retain ownership of the creative works (outputs) you produce using the Tools, provided that you have complied with the terms of this license. For example, if you generate an image or animation with a valid Personal or Commercial License, that creation is yours to use in accordance with the permitted uses of your license type. The author does not claim copyright in your unique generated outputs. However, this does not apply to any pre-made assets, templates, or code that might be included as part of the Tool itself – those components remain the author’s property.

Attribution

For paid license holders, giving credit to the author when showcasing your results is not mandatory, but is highly appreciated ❤️️. If you share your work created with an Antlii Tool, a simple credit such as mentioning Antlii or linking to the official website (antlii.work) is encouraged and helps support the project.

However, for unlicensed/free usage, attribution is required when you publicly post or publish any outputs. In such cases, you must clearly credit Anatolii Babii as the tool’s creator, and whenever possible, provide a link to the official Antlii website or social media. This distinction ensures that casual observers know the source of the tool used.

Updates and Upgrades

The author is committed to improving the Tools and providing enhancements over time. All updates and minor upgrades to the Tools are provided free of charge for all license holders, whether Personal or Commercial. When you purchase a license for a Tool, it is a one-time purchase valid for the lifetime of that product – there are no additional fees for updates or bug fixes. Licensees will receive access to new versions or improvements of that Tool as they are released. Subscribers likewise get access to all updates across all Tools as part of the ongoing subscription.

Termination of License

If you violate any term of this agreement, the author reserves the right to terminate your license or subscription access immediately. Violations include (but are not limited to) using a Personal License for commercial purposes, sharing or reselling your license key, removing watermarks or restrictions without a license, engaging in any prohibited uses, or failing to provide required attribution for free-use outputs. In most cases, the author may first reach out to discuss the issue and seek an amicable resolution (for example, asking you to purchase the correct license or to cease a forbidden use). However, serious or continued violations can result in your license being revoked without refund. You would then lose all rights to use the Tools or any outputs created in breach of the license, and you may be required to stop distributing or using infringing content.

Price Changes

Anatolii Babii reserves the right to modify license prices at any time. Price changes will be updated on Anatolii Babii‘s account on the Gumroad platform.
Please note that if a price change occurs, you will not be eligible for a refund of the price difference based on your initial purchase.

Money Back Guarantee

If, for any reason, a tool doesn’t meet your needs, you may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of purchase. Just email Anatolii Babii directly or reply to your Gumroad receipt and include your order ID.

After a refund is issued, the associated license key is immediately revoked, and any future activations will fail.
Requests made after 14 days are not eligible for a refund.

Limited Warranty & Disclaimer

The tools are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Anatolii Babii’s sole responsibility under this limited warranty is to refund the fee paid for the license, at his discretion. All express or implied warranties, including those of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, are disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Anatolii Babii will not be liable for any lost revenue, profit, data, or any special, indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use any tool available on this website.
